Description of Service

ReadFast is a speed reading tool that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help you read faster. You can upload documents, set your reading speed, and track your progress across devices.

Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ReadFast. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

ReadFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
